Your scouter probably got pruned. Meaning everyone they've scouted gets unscouted because they did something to break the rules, scouted someone who has broken the rules, or their profile was banned/disabled/deleted for some other reason. The point is, you'll need to wait to be scouted again.
This feature has always been a thing but Tom mentioned changes to it at some point. Don't quote me or NG staff on that though. I have no idea what they would do instead or when. But yeah, the plan is the same as when you first came here; keep doin' you, someone'll scout eventually, and don't worry about it that much.
